Agreement
By downloading or using collect. ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
License
Zachary Acker grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use collect. on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Sell, rent, or sublicense access to the App
Your Content
You own everything you put into collect. including your item records, photos, custom categories and fields, tags, links, values, notes, and catalog data. We claim no rights to your content.
Your data is stored on your device and, if you choose, synced through your personal iCloud account. We have no access to it. Backing up your data, including via the App's CSV, JSON, or full ZIP backup export, is your responsibility.
No Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss of data.
Updates and Availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not obligated to provide updates or maintain the App indefinitely.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
Material changes will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
